I think dogs wearing nappies will make our areas cleaner but dogs wearing nappies in open spaces is absolutely ridiculous.

Dogs scratch and bite, it would be very hard to put a nappy on a energetic dog could you imagine that.

Secondly, i think there could be different ways to get owners to pick up dog feces. what about putting litter boxes around parks, it may sound funny but it might work.

Lastly, Have you noticed how dogs communicate they do it by sniffing each others butts it may sound funny but it's true
